I never post reviews on yelp but I had to come here to vent my dissatisfaction. I ordered the peking duck by delivery yesterday and it looked so... pitiful. The taste was ok... pretty good for an A&W. It was not the quality I was disappointed with but the quantity. There were only 2 drumsticks and the duck barely took up 1/3 of the foiled pan. The extra trimmings? Barely came with any meat on them. I've ordered peking duck from A&W in the past and they used to give double the amount I got at least. I feel like I was shafted. Even a reviewer before stated they had 4 drumsticks in theirs. Now I don't know if this is usual thing (I hope it's not) but that dish was NOT worth 26 dollars. If I knew the amount I was going to get was so minimal I would've opted for another dish. To top it all off, I also added extra buns for 5 bucks and now I have these extra buns left over sitting on my table which will probably be just thrown away. Ridiculous. If you ever eat here, stick to their dim sums, pork buns, or appetizers menu. Steer clear of their duck unless you are sure they'll give you the amount you deserve.Pretty annoyed at what happened.

The worst, seriously!!!!! So I'm recovering from brain surgery, craving protein to heal, and was ready and willing to give this place at least three stars based on them being open and serving dim sum. How does a place fuck up this bad???? First service: we didn't get hot tea while other tables did, we didn't get our boba tea which we ordered, we got neglected and overlooked at every opportunity. I know my head scar is gnarly and huge, but that just meant I would have eaten way more and left a much bigger tip. Fuck you, you judgmental disgusting assholes. The food was repulsive yet I still ate everything they reluctantly brought to our table because I lost about 12lbs since Friday last week. I needed food, yet for a business that specializes in that very thing, they were incredibly misguided. The wonton skins were sticky and torn, the filling was oozing nasty yellow sludge, yet it would have been a three star experience had they only been NICE. I have never hated a place so much nor has a restaurant made me feel so bad for simply existing. After we asked for the check, they asked if we still wanted our boba tea....go to hell you piece of shit restaurant. I will never patronize this chain and break friendships with anyone who chooses to dine there.

I love this place! I could go so far as to say this is my favorite chinese food restaurant in the valley!I usually always come here with my boyfriends family and since they've been coming here for years, they get unbelievable service, so I've never had an issue with that.We never come for dim sum, so when we do end up coming, the restaurant is completely empty so we don't have to wait around for a table and everything gets brought out really quickly.FoodI highly highly recommend the beef chow fun, which are large noodles that come with beef and broccoli and the bbq pork fried rice. I would kill for both of these..literally. The beef and brocolli as well as the kung pao chicken is also to die for. The wonton soup is on a whole other level...it is sooooo good! Best I've had compared to any other restaurant.TipTheir water tastes like chlorine. I've noticed that a lot at most chinese restaurants I've been to. I also recommend NOT biting into one of those sesame balls at the end of your dining experience...you WILL regret it.Plenty of parking so no need to worry about that.
